Shipping Policy: Elite Vault

At Elite Vault, we strive to provide a seamless and secure shopping experience. Since we specialize in Cash on Delivery (COD), please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Confirmation & Verification

To ensure the security of our COD service, all orders undergo a verification process:

  • Once an order is placed, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the delivery details.

  • Orders will only be processed and dispatched after successful verification.

  • Please ensure your contact number and shipping address are accurate to avoid delays.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

We aim to get your package to you as quickly as possible:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Note: Deliveries are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • Payment: Payment must be made in full to the courier agent at the time of delivery.

  • Currency: All transactions are conducted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).

  • No Open-Box Delivery: Per courier safety protocols, packages cannot be opened before the payment is handed over. If you encounter any issues with the product after payment, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate applies to all COD orders (e.g., 20 AED).

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders exceeding a set threshold (e.g., 250 AED).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through our partner courier’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier will typically make up to two attempts to deliver your order.

  • If the delivery fails after two attempts due to unavailability or an incorrect address, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Repeated failed deliveries or refusals at the doorstep may result in the suspension of the COD facility for your account in the future.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take a photo of the exterior before accepting it and contact us immediately. For missing items or internal damage, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
